Qualifications of Optometrist:

• Active California Physician License

• BLS Certification

• Board Certified

Duties/Responsibilities of Optometrist:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and diagnose eye conditions.

• Prescribe corrective lenses and other treatments as necessary.

• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and educating them about eye health.

• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Stay updated on advancements in optometry practices and technologies.

• Participate in succession planning by mentoring junior staff and contributing to training programs.

• Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to maintain a sterile environment.
