Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Term: 3 - 6 Months
Shift Schedule: 3 - 12 hour shifts weekly, 9:00 am - 9:30 pm, with alternating weekends
Pay Rate: $140-$145/hour
An urgent care in Murrieta, California is looking for nurse practitioners or physician assistants to provide additional coverage for increased patient load. Full support RN staff and LVNs; Supervising Physician will be available for PAs.

Qualifications of Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP):
Board Certified NP/PA
BLS Certification
DEA Certification
Active CA License
Minimum 1 year ER experience in past 3 years
Comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients
Duties/Responsibilities of Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP):
Provide urgent care services with a focus on triaging and treating higher acuity patients
Collaborate with support staff and supervising physician
Document patient encounters accurately
Adhere to shift schedule and provide flexible coverage as needed
