    • Pay Rate: $355-$375/hr

A hospital in Los Angeles, CA is looking for Pediatric Anesthesiology Physician to provide additional coverage for increased patient load. Provider can expect pediatric patients – all cases but will NOT be doing any Pediatric Open Heart, EP, or Cath Lab. May ask provider to see some adults as well.

Qualifications of Pediatric Anesthesiology Physician

  • Active California Physician License

  • Board Certified Anesthesiologist – Pediatric Fellowship Required

  • Active BLS certification

  • Active DEA license

  • EPIC experience preferred

Duties/Responsibilities of Pediatric Anesthesiology Physician:

  • Provide pre-operative evaluation and counseling to patients and families

  • Develop and implement anesthesia plans for a variety of surgical procedures

  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgery

  • Manage pain and other medical problems during and after surgery

  • Provide critical care to patients in the intensive care unit
