Location: FONTANA, CA
Setting: CLINIC
Term: 3-6 months with option to extend
Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $125-$130/hr
A clinic in Fontana, CA is looking for Pediatric Medicine Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to provide additional coverage for increased patient load. Providers will see a mix of baby and child well visits and immunizations. Providers will also be conducting physicals for healthy 9–12-year-olds.

Qualifications of Pediatric Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP):
Active California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
Active BLS certification
Board certified
EPIC experience preferred
COVID vaccine and one booster required
1 year pediatric experience within the last 2 years required
Duties/Responsibilities of Pediatric Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP):
Conduct physical exams, record medical histories, and perform diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Administer vaccinations.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient progress.
