Location: Lancaster, CA
Setting: waLK-IN Clinic
Term: 6 months with option to extend
Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:30PM or 10:30AM-7:30PM
Pay Rate: $125-$130/hr
A clinic in Lancaster, California is looking for family nurse practitioners or physician assistants to provide additional coverage for increased patient load.  Providers must have experience with all ages.

Qualifications of Family Medicine physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner (pa/NP):
Active CA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
Vaccination Requirement with Booster
Experience in Family Medicine with all ages
Duties/Responsibilities of Family Medicine PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP):
Provide primary care services including but not limited to colds, flu, diabetes, and hypertension management
Conduct patient visits in the clinic setting
Collaborate with support staff including other Providers and Medical Assistants
Document patient encounters accurately
